- critical reflection on women's stories, women's lives documented in  Open Clasp’s production SUGAR (‘An unflinching filmed drama about society’s failings powered by gripping performances from an all-female cast’);
·      an account and discussion of social, legal, penal and justice frameworks and contexts to women’s stories, women’s lives’.
·      an account and analysis of the intersecting oppressions, challenges and barriers to accessing justice for women.
·      Mapping the future – the bridge on the wall -what can be done about justice for women?

Target audiences for the CPD are: An Garda SÃochána; criminal justice and support agencies; HSE (health service workers) and TUSLA (child and family support workers); family resource centres; domestic violence support service; housing and homeless support agencies.
Begins 1st June 2022 to 6th July 2022 - weekly class from 6pm - 8pm
