This course has been designed to encourage PhD students and early career researchers to take a deep dive into their career aspirations, motivations and how to both set and achieve their career goals. It will support learners as they consider the big questions about their future, but also provide a range of practical tools to  help  learners develop a concrete  action plan.  The module will also look at some practical transferrable researcher skills including developing  and funding a personal research plan. Learners will come away with a fully developed career portfolio and toolkit for effective career management.
